Become an eBay Trading Assistant
One way to make money on eBay is become an eBay Trading Assistant. An eBay Trading Assistant is someone
who will help others sell their items on eBay. Typically a Trading Assistant is responsible for every aspect
of the auction, including shipping the product to the customer and collecting payment.
Is there much demand for trading assistants? In fact, there is. As popular as buying and selling on
eBay has become, there are still many people who just lack the technical skills or time to spend listing and
selling their items. Or, they've listed before and just weren't very successful and need the expertise of an
eBay selling expert. Often, people who are auctioning off a one-time big ticket item, such as cars or real estate,
don't want to take on that task themselves, and want someone with experience in selling big-ticket items.
Trading Assistants get access to trading assistant marketing materials which can be quite helpful. In order to
become an approved trading assistant, you must have the following qualifications:
- Agree to eBay's Trading Assistant User Agreement
- Have an eBay account which is in good standing at all times
- Have sold at least ten items in the last 3 months and maintain 10 sales per 3-month period
- Have a feedback score of at least 100 with 98% positive feedback or higher at all times
